Objective: To explore the effects of TCM clinical nursing pathway applied to health education of the patients with cirrhosis. Methods: Eighty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases each group. The control group accepted routine clinical nursing, and the observation group clinical nursing pathway, health knowledge grasping conditions, nursing satisfaction degrees, hospitalization time, hospital-ization expenses and others of both groups were compared. Results: Health knowledge grasping rate of the observa-tion group was 92.5%, higher than 75.0% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 95.0%, higher than 80.0% of the control group, and the dif-ference showed statistical meaning (P<0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of hospital-ization time, hospitalization expenses between both groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM clinical nursing pathway applied to the care of the patients with cirrhosis could significantly enhance the patients'understanding to the dis-ease, it could raise health knowledge awareness rate, improve nursing satisfaction degree, shorten hospitalization time and lower hospitalization expenses.%目的:探讨中医临床护理路径在肝硬化患者健康教育中的应用效果.方法:将80例肝硬化患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例.对照组给予临床常规护理,观察组按中医临床护理路径进行护理,比较2组健康知识掌握情况、护理满意度、住院时间、住院费用等.结果:健康知识掌握率观察组为92.5%,对照组为75.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理满意率观察组为95.0%,对照组为80.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).住院时间、住院费用2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:将中医临床护理路径应用于肝硬化患者的护理中,可显著增加患者对疾病的了解,提高健康知识知晓率,提升护理满意度,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用.
