脑血管疾病患者的心理评估与护理干预效果观察

         

摘要

Objective: To explore effective clinical psychological intervention measures by assessing psycho-logical types of the patients with cerebrovascular disease (CVD). Methods: All 200 patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group, 100 cases each group, the control group were given routine care, the observation group professional psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine care, nerve function, psy-chological state, vitality, life quality of the patients and their nursing satisfaction degrees were compared after the in-tervention. Results: Psychological disorders of the patients in both groups were basically identical, and the difference had no statistical meaning (P>0.05). After nursing intervention, CSS scales and MMSE scales were compared be-tween both groups, and the difference presented statistical meaning (P<0.05). The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparison of total scales of life quality and KPS scales between before and after the intervention within one group (P<0.05), the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after the intervention (P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction degrees of the observation group was 91.0%, higher than 54.0% of the control group, and the difference indicated statistical meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion: Assessment of psychological types of CVD patients and adopting corresponding psychological nursing intervention could obviously improve psy-chological state and life quality of the patients, at the same time, it could raise the patients' satisfaction degrees.%目的:评估脑血管疾病患者的心理类型,探讨有效的临床心理干预措施.方法:将200例患者随机均分为对照组和观察组,每组100例,其中对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予专业的心理护理干预,比较干预后2组患者的神经功能、精神状态、活动状态、生命质量及患者对护理的满意度情况.结果:2组心理障碍类型基本一致,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).护理干预后CSS评分、MMSE评分2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).生活质量总评分和KPS评分2组干预前后组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后组间比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理满意率观察组为91.0%,对照组为54.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:通过评估脑血管疾病患者的心理类型并采用针对性的心理护理干预,可明显改善患者的心理状态及生活质量,提高患者满意度.
