目的:探讨酒精性股骨头坏死患者高发中医体质类型以及国际骨循环研究会(ARCO)分期、发病类别的分布规律.方法:非创伤性股骨头坏死(NONFH)患者病例资料及血液标本共计152例,将其中酒精性股骨头坏死(AIONFH)患者50例建立病例资料数据库.根据数据库资料判定AIONFH患者一般情况及其中医体质类型分布情况,并统计分析患者性别、年龄等一般资料.结果:AIONFH患者中男46例(92.0%),女4例(8.0%);中医体质中痰湿质频次31,占48.4%、平和质频次12,占18.7%、阳虚质频次7,占10.9%、湿热质频次6,占9.4%;ARCO分期结果显示,Ⅲ期最多为26例(52.0%),其次为Ⅱ期15例(30.0%),再次为Ⅳ期8例(16.0%),Ⅰ期仅有1例(2.0)%,未发现0期患者.股骨头坏死发病为左侧髋关节者9例(18.0%),右侧髋关节13例(26.0%),双侧髋关节28例(56.0%).结论:AIONFH患者的高发中医体质类型为痰湿质,患者性别分布以男性为主;ARCO分期以Ⅲ期最为常见,多为双侧发病.%Objective: To explore TCM constitutions of high-incidence alcohol-induced osteonecrosis of femoral head (ONFH) and distribution of ARCO stages and onset types. Methods:Case data and blood sample of NONFH were 152 cases, among which 50 AIONFH patients were chosen to establish the database of medical cases, general conditions and the distribution of TCM constitutions of AIONFH patients were judged according to database data, general conditions including gender, age and others of the patients were statistically analyzed. Results:There were 46 males (92.0%) and four female (8.0%) with AIONFH;Phlegm-dampness frequency of TCM constitutions in patients with AIONFH was 31, which occupied 48.4%; frequency of mild constitution was 12, about 18.7%; fre-quency of Y ang-deficiency constitution was seven, about 10.9%;frequency of heat-dampness constitution was six, about 9.4%. The results of ARCO stages showed that 26 cases at III stage mostly (52.0%), 15 cases at II stage (30.0%), following was eight cases at IV stage (16.0%), one case at I stage (2.0%), no patients at 0 stage. There were nine cases with ONFH in left hip joint (18.0%), 13 cases with ONFH in right hip joint (26.0%) and 28 cases with ONFH in both hip joints (56.0%). Conclusion: High-incidence TCM constitution of patients with AIONFH is phlegm-dampness constitution, male patients mostly;at III stage;and in bilaterally hip joints mostly.
