加味四妙汤治疗宫颈HPV感染42例

摘要

目的:观察加味四妙汤治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床疗效.方法:将84例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各42例,2组均给予重组人干扰素a2b栓剂治疗,阴道内用,1次/d.观察组同时给予加味四妙汤内服及外阴熏洗治疗.结果:接触性出血、外阴瘙痒、带下异常、小腹疼痛、腰骶酸痛积分治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05).HPV-DNA病毒载量、HPV转阴率治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05).总有效率观察组为92.86%,对照组为83.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).副反应发生率观察组为11.90%,对照组为14.29%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:加味四妙汤治疗宫颈HPV感染能够提高临床效果,改善临床症状.%Objective:To observe clinical effects of modified SiMiao decoction in treating cervical human pa-pillomavirus (HPV)infection.Methods:All 84 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group,42 cases each group,both groups were treated with recombinant human interferon a2b suppository,putting into the vagina,once each day.The observation group accepted oral administration and vulval fumigation with modi-fied SiMiao decoction simultanesouly. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of the scales of contact bleeding, pruritus vulvae, leukorrheal diseases, pain of lower abdomen, lumbosacral ache before and after treating within two groups (P<0.05);the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P<0.05). The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparison of HPV-DNA virus load and HPV negative conversion rate within two groups before and after treating (P<0.05);there was a sig-nificant difference in the comparisons between both groups afrer the treating (P<0.05).Total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%,higher than 83.33% of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was 11.90%,lower than 14.29% of the control group,and the difference had no statistical meaning (P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified SiMiao decoction in treating cervical HPV infection could raise clinical effects and improve clinical symptoms.
