橡胶粉细度和掺量对橡胶沥青感温性能的影响研究

         

摘要

文章为掌握橡胶粉细度和掺量对橡胶沥青感温性能的影响, 将针入度指数PI、粘温指数VTS和复数模量指数GTS用于评价橡胶沥青感温性能的可靠性, 进而根据推荐指标对不同橡胶粉细度和掺量橡胶沥青进行感温性能试验研究.结果表明:采用PI、VTS和GTS评价橡胶沥青感温性能时其可靠性依次增强, 推荐采用GTS作为感温性能评价指标;橡胶粉细度和掺量增加时橡胶沥青感温性能逐渐被改善, 且细度超过60目后改善作用增强, 掺量超过20%后改善作用降低;橡胶粉细度和掺量均对橡胶沥青感温性能有显著影响.%In order to grasp the influence of rubber powder fineness and dosage on the temperature sensing performance of rubber asphalt, this article uses the penetration index PI, viscosity temperature index VTS and complex modulus index GTS to evaluate the reliability of rubber asphalt temperature sensing performance, then, according to the recommended index, it conducts the experimental study on the temperature sensing performance of rubber asphalt with different rubber powder fineness and dosage.The results show that its reliability is enhanced in proper order when using the PI, VTS and GTS to evaluate the temperature sensing performance of rubber asphalt, thus it is recommended to use GTS as the evaluation index of temperature sensing performance;When the fineness and dosage of rubber powder increase, the temperature sensing performance of rubber asphalt is gradually improved, and the improvement effect is enhanced after the fineness exceeds 60 mesh, while the improvement effect is reduced after the content exceeds 20%;both the rubber powder fineness and dosage have a significant influence on the temperature sensing performance of rubber asphalt.
