蔗渣纤维沥青混合料抗腐蚀性能试验研究

摘要

文章从酸雨的化学成分及腐蚀机理入手,对不同的pH值酸雨溶液以及不同蔗渣纤维掺量的沥青混合料进行抗水腐蚀试验研究。结果表明：（1）酸雨对蔗渣纤维沥青混合料有腐蚀作用,使其部分沥青组分流失,导致矿料暴露,进而腐蚀露出的矿料;（2）蔗渣纤维在一定掺量范围内对沥青混合料的抗腐蚀性能有提升作用,超过这个范围效果将会降低,甚至有相反作用;（3）蔗渣纤维沥青混合料的残留稳定度随着纤维掺量的增加而提高。%Starting from the chemical component and erosion principle of acid rain,the article performs the anti-corrosion test on bagasse fiber asphalt mixture with un-der different pH and different dosage of bagasse fiber.The test results show that：（1）Acid rain has corrosion effect on bagasse fiber asphalt mixture and the latter loss its asphalt component.Then its mineral aggregate is exposed and corroded.（2）Ba-gasse fiber increases anti-corrosion performance of as-phalt mixture in a certain range.But the effect will be reduced beyond this range.（3）The residual stability of bagasse fiber asphalt mixture increases as the fiber content increases.
