在硫酸介质中,根据甲醛对溴酸钾氧化亚甲基蓝(MB)的褪色反应具有催化作用,建立了一种新的测定甲醛的动力学光度法.在优化的实验条件下,该方法的线性范围为0.00耀60.00 mg/L,检出限为0.22 mg/L,可以满足皮革中甲醛含量检测的要求.%Formaldehyde has catalysis effect on the redox reaction of potassium on methylene blue (MB) in the medium of sulfuric acid. Catalytic spectrophotometric analysis method was established to test the formaldehyde in leather. On the optimized experimental conditions, response value and amount of formaldehyde has good linear relationship when the amount of formaldehyde is between 0.00 mg/L and 60.0 mg/L. The detection limit is 0.22 mg/L (S/N=3), which can fulfill the detection requirement of formaldehyde in leather.
