基于TRIZ进化理论的箱包创新设计系统的创建

摘要

TRIZ theory is a systematic methodology basing on knowledge , people - oriented. It was devel-oped by Genrich Altshuller and his colleagues in the former USSR . At present, suitcase and bag design in China needs to be further improved. Exchange and integration with other disciplines will be an important di-rection in the development of modern suitcase and bag design .The application of TRIZ in suitcase and bag design will be analyzed in this artical. Combining technological evolution theory, the core theory of TRIZ, human machine engineering and design theories; the thesis will provide design methods suitable for suitcase and bag innovation, and summed up a set of innovative design system for suitcase and bag design. Combin-ing the design of multi-functional suitcase and bag, the thesis will aim at summing up a set of intelligent system for suitcase and bag design. Proving a good reference to designers to make suitcase and bag design more scientific, thus making our suitcase and bag products more novel.%TRIZ理论是基于知识的、面向人的、系统化的方法学。是前苏联的G.S.Altshuler及其领导的一批研究人员花费1500人/年的时间，在分析研究世界各国250万件专利的基础上所提出的发明问题解决理论。目前，我国箱包产品的设计发展还不完善，箱包设计本身也是一个多学科交叉的领域，与其它学科领域的交流与融合将是现代社会箱包设计发展的一个重要方向。本论文以TRIZ理论中的核心工具---技术进化理论为基础，结合人机工程学和设计理论相关知识，提出适合于箱包创新设计的方法，总结出一套适合箱包设计的创新设计系统，重点结合多功能箱包设计，设计出一套适合箱包设计的智能设计系统。为箱包设计人员提供很好的参考价值，使我们的箱包设计更加快捷、箱包产品更加新颖。
