科技金融是科技创新活动与金融创新活动的有机融合，是由科技创新活动引发的一系列体制创新行为。本文通过结合当前我国科技金融发展现状，分析其特点和存在问题，借鉴国际先进经验，分别从政府政策制度创新、金融体制创新、科技银行运营模式创新以及科技金融复合型人才培养方式创新等方面提出建议，助推具有中国特色的科技金融健康快速发展。%Scientifical and technological （S＆T）finance is the integration of S＆T innovation and financial innovation which is a series of institutional innovation caused by S＆T innovation. Combining with the analysis of current status of S＆T finance develop- ment, its characteristics and problems and international advanced experience, the paper puts forward that the innovations in following aspects like government policy system, financial system, operating model of S＆T bank, and training method of S＆T finance talents will promote S＆T finance with Chinese characteristic to develop healthily and rapidly.
