本文在简要回顾和展望澳大利亚金融市场改革进程、总结澳大利亚货币政策框架与金融体系双峰监管制度的基础上，阐述了2008年全球性金融危机爆发后，澳大利亚货币政策框架和金融监管体系对其金融行业脱离危机困局、转型经营状态、培养市场竞争优势的重要作用。%Based on a brief review and outlook for Australian financial market reform process and the summary of Australian monetary policy framework and bimodal supervision system of the financial system, the paper expounds the important role of Aus-tralian monetary policy framework and financial regulatory system which promote the financial industry to break away from the crisis dilemma, restructure operation status and cultivate market competitive advantages after the outbreak of the global financial crisis in 2008.
