水平井及大斜度老井再射孔的校深方法

         

摘要

Due to the existence of perforated layers in the horizontal and high inclination well perforation, we often use the tubing inner-pressurization for initiation instead of the annular pressur-ization. When we use the sealed tubing inner-pressurization, perforator position changes with the pressure changes in the tube before and after the initiation, which causes perforation depth error. The maximum error should reaches almost 100 m. Analyzed is the perforating tube structure. It is believed that the main reasons for tubing deformation are oil pressure, ballooning effect, well deviation clash, spiral bend and perforating gun size. Established is a tubing stress model of horizontal and high inclination well, and developed is a perforating tube depth correction software. Practical application of this software in over 100 wells shows that the perforating depth error is less than 20 cm.%水平井、大斜度老井射孔时,由于有射开层位的存在,环空加压起爆已经不太现实,常采用油管内加压方式起爆.采用密封管柱油管内加压方式起爆射孔器时,由于起爆前后管柱所受压力的变化,校深定位的射孔器位置发生改变,射孔深度产生误差,最大误差在100 cm左右.分析研究了水平井、大斜度井施工管柱结构,认为引起油管变形的主要原因有油压、鼓胀效应、井斜摩擦、螺旋弯曲及射孔枪尺寸.建立了水平井、大斜度井管柱受力模型,开发出射孔管柱深度校正软件.应用该软件现场施工100余井次,射孔深度误差均控制在20 cm以内.
