定方位射孔对压裂和防砂的影响分析

         

摘要

分析定方位射孔地层适应性,采用岩石力学理论和分析方法分析定方位射孔在降低起裂压力和提高出砂临界压差方面的效果.建立了破裂压力计算模型和出砂临界压差计算模型,给出了具体计算方法.针对海上某油田的实际情况进行了计算,与常规射孔进行对比,论证了定方位射孔降低起裂压力和提高出砂临界压差的效果.认为在起裂压力高的储层或者易出砂的储层均可以采用定方位射孔技术.该研究为油田后续作业与增产提供一条可行的途径.%On the basis of analysing the oriented perforation formation feasibility, the rock mechanics theory and analysis method are used to analyze the effectiveness of oriented perforation to reduce the fracturing pressure and rise the sanding critical differential pressure. Established are the computation models for fracturing pressure and sanding critical differential pressure, and the detailed calculation methods are given. Practical application in an offshore oilfield demonstrates a better effectiveness of oriented perforation in reducing the fracturing pressure and rising the sanding critical differential pressure, the result of which is compared with the regular perforation. The oriented perforation technology can be used in the reservoir with high fracturing pressure and easily sanding. Our study supplies a feasible route for later oilfield perforation operation and optimum production increments.
