压水堆核岛主设备焊接材料需求及国产化展望

摘要

Since the main equipments of nuclear island (NI) works at the extremely terrible condition such as high temperature and pressure, strong corrosion and neutron radiation,the welding materials used to manufacturing these equipments must satisfy with the above requirements. The basic structure of NI in pressure water reactor ( PWR) and its demand on the welding materials were introduced. By analyzing the situation for the construction of domestic nuclear power station and the technological status of welding material industry, the significance and feasibility for the localization of welding materials for the main equipments of NI were analyzed and discussed.%核岛主设备在高温、高压、含腐蚀性介质和中子辐照环境下工作,因此设备制造所需的焊接材料必须具备满足上述要求的各种性能.介绍了压水堆核电站核岛主设备的基本结构和焊接材料需求,并通过分析国内核电建设的形势和焊材行业的技术状况,阐述了核电焊材国产化的意义和可行性.
