分析评定焊接接头蠕变破坏的一种新方法

             

摘要

A new method for analysis and evaluation of welded joints creep damage in welded pipes and tubes operating at elevated temperature is introduced in this paper.The methodology by name“cryo-cracking fracture analysis”is characterized by both the simpler specimen preparation process compared with the traditional sample preparation and the lower requirements of metallographic skills,thus ia considered less sensitive to misinterpretation due to sample preparation method.The fracture morphology of the broken test specimen is analyzed under the Scanning Electron Microscope.The creep damage degree of the components in service can be determined by applying quantitative microscopy to the data obtained from SEM photograph.It is shown that the methodology above introduced is feasible.%介绍了一种分析和评定高温下长期服役的焊管焊接接头蠕变破坏的新方法,这种名为“低温破断断口分析”方法使用的试样,制样工艺过程简单,对制样者的技艺水平要求不高,且不宜产生由于试样的制备方法引起的误解。分析扫描电镜断口形貌,应用金相定量分析方法,从分析断口的二维图象获得的数据,可以定量地反映在役构件蠕变破坏的程度。实践表明,这种分析评定方法是可行的。
