阐述了某耐腐蚀换热器用TC2钛合金换热管与管板的焊接结构及该产品对焊接质量的技术要求,分析了TC2钛合金的可焊性及可能出现的焊接缺陷,提出了防止钛合金焊接缺陷产生的途径和预防措施,对钛合金焊前准备、清理要求、焊接过程等各阶段进行了质量控制,并制定了相应的焊接工艺参数,对焊后结果进行检验.试验和生产结果表明,所采用的技术途径和预防措施完全适合于TC2钛合金换热管和管板焊接的批量生产,已经投入某生产厂家进行应用.%This paper introduced welding structure of the TC2 titanium alloy heat exchanger tube and tube sheet, as well as welding technical requirements to welding quality. It analyzed the weldability and possible welding defects of TC2 titanium alloy, put forward precautions and measures for preventing from generating welding defects. Quality control was conducted in each step, such as preparation before welding, clearing, welding procedure etc., and the results after welding were examined. The experiments and production results indicated that the adoptive technical approach and precautions can fully meet batch production for TC2 heat exchanger tube and tube sheet, and has been applied in production of some factory.
