X100螺旋预精焊钢管制造工艺研究

         

摘要

Adopting spiral two-step welding process to conduct trial production of X100 steel pipe, studied the effect of yield strength of coil head, coil middle and tail to weld and HAZ toughness. Tack-welding used φ 2.4 mm welding wire to realize MAG welding with tiny wire and high current The final welding used three wires inside and two wires outside welding process, utilized high toughness welding wire and flux at high speed which were developed by Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. to manufacture φ 1 422 mm×l53 mm SAWH pipe successfully. The weld edge is in order, smooth, good deslag and eliminating saddle shape weld internal welding, each performance meet technical requirements of API SPEC 5L (44th edition) and X100 SAWH pipe.%采用螺旋预精焊焊接工艺试制了X100钢管,研究了板头、板中和板尾母材屈服强度对焊缝及热影响区冲击韧性的影响.预焊采用直径2.4 mm的焊丝焊接,实现了细丝大电流高速MAG焊接.精焊采用内三丝、外双丝的焊接工艺,使用宝鸡钢管自主开发的高韧性焊丝和高速焊剂,成功制造出了Φ1422 mm× 15.3 mm螺旋埋弧焊管.焊缝边缘整齐、光滑,脱渣较好,消除了内焊“马鞍形”焊缝.钢管各项性能达到了API SPEC 5L(44版)及X100螺旋缝埋弧焊管技术条件的要求.
