新型P110钢级SEW石油套管研制

         

摘要

介绍了采用“HFW焊管+热张力减径+热处理”新工艺(简称SEW工艺)开发的P110钢级SEW石油套管的材料成分设计和试制,并对试制套管的显微组织、力学性能、外观尺寸和抗挤性能等进行了试验研究.试验结果表明,P110钢级SEW石油套管屈服强度达到840~860 MPa,抗拉强度达到925~935MPa,母材与焊缝横向冲击韧性均达到66~78 J.特别是产品几何尺寸精度高,壁厚偏差在-1.74%~1.31%,椭圆度小于0.17%,抗挤毁强度超过API 5C3名义值26%,明显优于同钢级同规格无缝管,实现了焊缝性能优化.产品性能完全满足并优于API SPEC 5CT对P110钢级石油套管的要求.%In this article, it introduced material composition design and trial-produce of PI 10 SEW oil casing, which produced by adopting a new process HFW pipe+ hot stretch reducing + heat treatment(refeTred to as SEW), and studied its microstructure, mechanical properties, external dimension, collapse resistance, and so on. The test results showed the yield strength reaches 840~860 MPa, tensile strength is 925~935 MPa, transverse impact toughness for both base metal and weld achieve 66~78 J. Especially, the precision in geometric size of the pipe is very high: wall thickness deviation is in -1.74%~1.31% , the ovality is less than 0.17%. Compared to API 5C3 nominal value, the collapsing strength of SEW P110 is more than 26%, it is superior to the same grade and the same specifications seamless steel pipe. The weld performance optimization is realized. So the performance of this kind of SEW PI 10 casing can fully meet the requirements of API SPEC 5CT.
