采用Gleeble-3500型热模拟试验机,分析了相同峰值温度,不同焊接线能量条件下组织与冲击韧性的关系:测定了3种X80管线钢热影响区在不同焊接线能量和峰值温度下的组织和冲击韧性.结果表明,焊接线能量为45 kJ/cm时的冲击韧性要优于25 kJ/cm时的冲击韧性.当峰值温度大于750℃时,25 kJ/cm时的冲击韧性要优于45 kJ/cm时的冲击韧性;在相同焊接线能量条件下,峰值温度为750℃,1 250℃,1 350℃时,即热影响区的临界区、粗晶区,其冲击韧性较差.%The relation between microstructure and impact toughness was analyzed by Gleeble-3500 thermo-mechanical simulator, under the same peak temperature and different welding heat input, and the microstructure and impact toughness of 3 kinds of X80 pipeline steel HAZ were determined. The results indicated that the impact toughness with 45 kJ/cm welding heat input is better than that of 25 kJ/cm; When the peak temperature is more than 750 ℃, the impact toughness with 25 kJ/cm welding heat input is better than that of 45 kJ/cm; under the same welding heat input, when the peak temperature is 750 ℃, 1 250 ℃ and 1 350℃, the impact toughness of critical section and coarse grained region in HAZ are worse.
