Through analysis on working principle of steel pipe pressure straightening machine, as well as elastic and plastic deformation conditions, it put forward designing schemes of two kinds of straightening machine. Meanwhile, it checked strength of the related part, compared the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes, and determined designing scheme of the straightening machine with spring base according to work conditions and production demands. This kind of straightening machine is with simple structure, light weight, and can save equipment costs. The application results proved that its mechanical properties can meet with the demands of steel pipe straightening process, and ensured straightness requirements of small diameter thin wall thickness steel pipe.%通过分析钢管压力矫直机的工作原理及钢管矫直过程中发生的弹、塑性变形的条件,提出两种矫直机的设计方案.同时,对两种方案矫直机相关部位强度进行校核,比较了两种方案的异同以及优缺点,并根据使用现场的工况及生产需要,确定了弹簧式底座矫直机的设计方案.弹簧式底座矫直机结构简单,整体质量较轻,可节约设备成本.该矫直机应用于实际生产中,其力学性能满足钢管矫直工艺的需要,保证了小直径薄壁钢管的直线度要求.
