连续油管滚筒自动排管控制方案研究

             

摘要

为了保证连续油管整齐且紧凑的缠绕在油管滚筒上,避免连续油管作业困难,损伤连续油管,介绍了机械式、 液压式和电控式3种连续油管滚筒自动排管控制方案,分析了不同排管方案的控制方式及其各自的优缺点.指出,机械式排管成本低,但设备占用空间大,传动精度低;液压式排管可靠性高,不需要进行特殊防爆处理,可实现无极变速,但控制相对复杂;电控式排管传动精度高,但成本较高,需要进行特殊的防爆处理.研究结果表明,可根据实际情况选择合适的排管方式,以满足不同现场作业需求.%In order to guarantee the coiled tubing neat and compact winding on the tubing rollers, avoid coiled tubing operation difficulty, damage the coiled tubing, in this article, it introduced 3 kinds of coiled tubing roller automatic arrangement pipe control scheme, including mechanical type, hydraulic type and electrically controlled type, and analyzed the control mode of different scheme, as well as its advantages and disadvantages. Finally it pointed that the cost of mechanical arrangement pipe is low, but the space usage of equipment is large and low transmission precision; the transmission precision of electrically controlled type is high, but the cost is high, need to conduct special explosion-proof processing. The research results indicated that it should choose the appropriate arrangement pipe method according to actual situation, in order to satisfy the demands of different on-site work.
