钢管母材边缘缺陷对焊缝超声波探伤的影响

         

摘要

为了避免焊缝附近母材缺欠干扰焊缝超声波探伤,采用超声波、X射线以及金相分析等手段对缺陷的性质进行了分析.结果表明:该类缺陷是钢板母材存在随机分布的微小夹杂物引起的,缺陷波是焊缝附近的母材缺欠干扰了焊缝超声波探伤造成的.指出,依据用户技术规格书和API SPEC 5L标准的要求进行超声波探伤时,应按照焊缝检测标准Φ1.6 mm竖孔执行探伤判定,其他区域按照技术规格书规定的钢板或管体探伤标准FBH 6 mm执行探伤判定.%In order to avoid steel pipe body edge defect near weld disturbing ultrasonic flaw detection, ultrasonic, X-ray and metallographic analysis were used for analyzing character of the defect. The results showed that this kind of defect was caused by micro sized inclusions randomly distributed in steel plate body, flaw wave was caused by steel pipe body edge defect near weld disturbing ultrasonic flaw detection. It indicated that according to user technical specification and API SPEC 5L standard for ultrasonic flaw detection, flaw detection should be judged by weld test standardΦ1.6 mm vertical hole, other areas should be judged by technical specification FBH 6 mm.
