埋弧焊接钢管焊缝边缘母材夹杂物的分析与判别

         

摘要

During full weld automatic ultrasonic detection of X65 Φ 813 mm×19.1 mm SAWL pipe, the alarm situations of exceeding standard discontinuous imperfection batch appear,and the alarm of using manual ultrasonic detection showed exceeding standard imperfection. It analyzed the location, morphology and performance of imperfection by metallography, SEM and spectrum analysis, the results showed that sheet nonmetallic inclusion existed in base metal near weld edge is the reason caused weld automatic ultrasonic detection alarm. Through analysis on the reason caused nonmetallic inclusion and the influence on steel pipe property, it put forward the method for judging nonmetallic inclusion in base metal close to weld edge.%针对X65级φ813 mm×19.1 mm直缝埋弧焊接钢管进行全焊缝自动超声波探伤时,批量出现间断缺陷超标报警的情况,以及手动超声波复探时报警部位也显示超标缺陷存在的问题,采用金相、扫描电镜及能谱分析方式等对缺陷的位置、形貌和性质进行分析.结果表明,引起焊缝自动超声波探伤报警的原因为焊缝边缘母材存在片状非金属夹杂物.通过分析非金属夹杂物的成因及其对钢管性能的影响,提出了钢管在实际检验中判别焊缝边缘母材非金属夹杂物的方法.
