某医院蒸汽凝结水热回收利用设计探讨

摘要

There is a large quantity of heat in steam condensation water, so the reutilization of the heat will not only save energy but also reduce the cost of hot-water-supply system operation.Based on practical engineering project, this paper introduced the theory of heat reutilization from steam condensation water. The comparison between the domestic hot water consumptions in different time periods in one day and the steam condensation water quantity offered by heating and ventilating discipline was carried out, and the heating model for domestic hot water was finally determined. In addition, the process and control method for the hot water system in this project was also introduced.%蒸汽凝结水中含有大量的热量,如果予以回收利用,不仅节约能源,还可降低热水供应系统的运行费用.结合具体工程实例介绍了凝结水的热回收原理,并根据暖通专业提供的蒸汽凝结水量,与1天内不同时段生活热水的消耗量进行比对,最终确定了生活热水的加热模式;同时介绍了该项目的热水系统流程及控制方式.
