再生水用于工业循环冷却水系统中杀菌剂效果研究

     

摘要

Circulating cooling water system will face serious microbiological risk due to makeup by municipal reclaimed water. Effects of four biocides including isothiazolinone, DREWSPERSE 738,sodium hypochlorite and chlorine ingot on suspended and fixed microorganism removal were researched in this paper by comparative experiment analysis. Results showed that sodium hypochlorite and chlorine ingot were the best in four biocides. Considering outdoor environment and sustain-ability,chlorine ingot was recommended as the preferred biocide.%采用再生水作为工业循环冷却水系统补充水水源,将面临较为严重的微生物风险.针对这一问题,试验对比分析了异噻唑啉酮、生物分散剂DREWSPERSE 738、次氯酸钠以及氯锭4种杀菌剂对悬浮和固定微生物的杀菌效果.研究结果表明,次氯酸钠、氯锭对悬浮和固定微生物的作用效果较优,综合考虑循环冷却水系统的室外环境和药剂效力的持久性,推荐氯锭作为首选杀菌剂.
