海绵城市规划中年径流总量控制目标分解方法研究

摘要

海绵城市建设的控制目标包括径流总量控制、径流峰值控制和径流污染控制.其中,年径流总量控制率是总量控制、峰值控制和污染控制的实施载体,是海绵城市建设目标的集中体现.在不同层次的海绵城市规划中,如何科学合理地落实年径流总量控制率目标,是近年来海绵城市规划编制的重要探索内容.采用多因子权重综合评分法,根据研究区域的不同特点和尺度,确定不同的评分指标及评分权重,综合评估不同区域海绵城市建设的适宜性,差别化落实年径流总量控制率目标.%The control objectives of sponge city construction include total runoff control,runoff peak control and runoff pollution control.Among them,the total annual runoff control rate is the implementation carrier of the total runoff control,peak control and pollution control,and is the focus of the objectives of sponge city construction.In different levels of sponge city planning,how to implement the total annual runoff control rate target scientifically and rationally is an important issue in the exploration of sponge city planning in recent years.In this study,we used a multi-factor weight comprehensive grading method to determine the different grading factors and grading weights,according to the different characteristics and scales of the study area.We comprehensively evaluated the suitability of sponge city construction in different regions,and realized differentiated implementation of the total annual runoff control rate target.
