The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a no-compression outerwear for optimal silhouette for middle-aged women and an outerwear for middle-aged women manufactured thereby, which can achieve beautiful silhouette as an external outline of an outerwear without compression on the bodies of middle-aged women. The manufacturing method of the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing clothing, which has a thermoplastic film fused by heat fusion between an inner-skin cloth and an outer-skin cloth; scanning various body shapes of middle-aged women in a three dimension to extract various three-dimensional molding patterns based thereon; producing body molds for various body shapes based on the various three-dimensional molding patterns and producing a front-side thermocompression mold which curvedly presses the front side of each body mold and a rear-side thermocompression mold which curvedly presses the rear side of each body mold; molding and manufacturing front cloth for an outfit through moving compression and withdrawal of the front-side thermocompression mold while the cloth for an outfit is disposed between the front side of each body mold and the front-side thermocompression mold; molding and manufacturing the rear cloth for an outfit through moving compression and withdrawal of the rear-side the thermocompression mold while the cloth for an outfit is disposed between the rear side of each body mold and the rear-side thermocompression mold; and sewing the circumferential connection portion of the front cloth and the rear cloth for an outfit with a sewing line.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
