上海水环境系统设施监控预警数据分类的研究

             

摘要

针对《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006—2020年)》关于水体污染控制与治理课题内容,结合上海水务信息化发展现状,对上海水环境系统设施监控预警数据按照管理层级、数据来源和结构进行分类研究,提出数据统一交换模式的设计,根据预警数据分类关系及流程,将预警数据归纳为事件类、部件类、要素类和管理类4种类型,并对实现多源异构系统间的数据交换的关键技术进行阐述。目前该研究成果已在上海水环境系统设施监控预警工作中得到应用推广%  Aiming at the proposed contents of water pollution control and management in《National long-term plan for science and technology development》and combining with the development status of Shanghai water information, the article studies on monitoring and early warning data in Shanghai water environment system which are classified as management levels, data sources, data structure. The design of data unified exchange model is proposed. Based on warning data classification relationship and data flow, the warning data are divided into 4 types which are events, widgets, features and management class. And it expounds on the key technology about realizing data exchange of many sources hetergeneous systems. Now the research result has been spreaded and applieded at facility monitoring and early warning work in Shanghai water environment system.
