超(超)临界机组典型水汽品质控制途径

摘要

为了确保超临界机组的安全运行,必须严格控制机组运行中的水汽品质.本文重点介绍了超(超)临界机组典型水汽品质主要的控制技术措施、运行关键点,如在补给水系统中必须尽力去除水中有机物；严格控制凝汽器的泄漏；采用合适的给水处理手段,减少杂质离子在直流锅炉炉管内生成的沉积物,带入汽轮机中发生腐蚀或生成沉积物；优化精处理系统的运行,提高精处理出水水质；重视疏水带来的系统危害影响.%In order to ensure the operation safety of the supercritical unit, steam quality in unit must be controlled. This paper introduced the main control measures and operating points of stream in ultra (ultra) supercritical unit, such as removing organic pollutants in water supply system, controlling the leakage of steam condenser, reducing sediment in through boiler by suitable treatment processes, optimizing polishing processing system to improve the effluent quality, paying attention to harmful effects of hydrophobic system.
