The most effective way for removing fluoride in desulphurization waste water in power plants was discussed in this paper on the basis of various fluoride removal methods. Chemical precipitation/coagulation was recommended. The results indicate that the feasible precipitant and coagulant are Ca(OH)2 and Al2(SO4)3+ respectively. The optimal Ca/F and Al/F are 1:1.5 and 3:2, respectively. The further experiment was carried out by coagulant aid (0.1% polyacrylamide) and the optimal VPm was studied. More experimental results reveal removing fluoride system can reduce the fluoride concentration from 140-200 mg/L to less than 10 mg/L in waste water, which meets the industrial waste water discharge standards (GB 8978-1996).%该文在现有的各种除氟方法研究基础上,探索出电厂脱硫废水降氟的最有效的方法,即采用化学沉淀法/混凝法来去除电厂脱硫废水中氟化物.通过一系列条件选择试验,确定了适宜沉淀剂为Ca(OH)2、适宜混凝剂为Al2(SO4)3,最佳Ca/F为1∶1.5、最佳Al/F为3∶2.还以0.1%聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)作为助凝剂做探讨试验,找出进一步深度处理氟化物适宜的VPAM.结果表明:该除氟体系可将含氟140~200 mg/L的废水降至10 mg/L以下,符合我国工业废水排放标准(GB 8978-1996).
