The start-up process of three industrial-scale IC reactors was studied in this experiment.The results show when influent COD is 15700 mg/L,COD removal rate of three IC reactors can reach 95 % and start up successfully.It takes 136 days to finish the start-up process using granular sludge.It takes 187 days to finish the start-up process using flocculent sludge.When less flocculent sludge put into anaerobic reactor in different time,part of sludge loses activity,which makes IC reactor fail to meet the design load.%试验对3组生产性IC反应器的启动过程进行了研究.这3组生产性IC反应器在进水COD平均浓度约15700 mg/L时,出水COD去除率均达到95%以上,都能够完成启动过程.采用颗粒污泥接种的IC反应器启动时间为136 d;采用絮状污泥接种的IC反应器启动时间为187 d.当絮状污泥分批次欠量投入IC反应器时,部分种泥因失去活性而使得IC未能达到设计负荷.
