特大型水库综合运行调度平台建设研究与实践

         

摘要

青草沙水库是上海城市最重要的饮用水水源地之一,供水量占上海市原水供应的50%以上。为使水库运行处于原水水质优良、水工建筑物安全、机电设备完好、原水单位能耗最低的最佳状态,需要建立包括取输水设施综合监控、水工建筑物安全观测、水情水质盐度测报、视频安防等的基础数据库,并在水库避咸蓄淡、避污蓄清、防止富营养化、节能经济运行等关键调度技术研究,形成相关的模型库及调度预案库基础上,建立青草沙水库综合运行调度平台,从而科学指导水库运行管理。%Qingcaosha Reservoir is one of the most important drinking water sources in Shanghai and provides more than 50% raw water supply for Shanghai. In order to maintain excellent raw water quality,safe hydraulic structures,good electromechanical equipment and minimum energy-consumption,the basic database covering comprehensive monitoring of water-intake and water-delivery facilities,safety monitoring of hydraulic structures,hydrological data,water quality and salinity telemetering and forecasting,video surveillance & control need to be established. Besides,based on the study of key control technologies as saltwater avoiding and freshwater storing,sewage avoiding and clear water storing,eutrophication prevention,energy-saving operation and the forming of relevant model base&control plan base,the comprehensive operation and control platform for Qingcaosha Reservoir was established so that the operation and management of reservoir can be conducted scientifically.
