采用微电解、芬顿、微电解芬顿、芬顿微电解四种工艺对焦亚硫酸钠法保险粉生产废水进行预处理试验。结果表明芬顿或芬顿与微电解组合工艺处理效果较佳,尤其是微电解芬顿组合工艺效果最好;组合工艺的最佳参数:微电解初始pH为3.5,反应时间为2 h;芬顿初始pH为4,30%的H2 O2投加量为40 mL/L,H2 O2/Fe2+物质的量比为3∶1,反应时间为1 h。在此条件下,TOC去除率为43.8%,B/C比从0.13提高至0.21。 GC MS谱图表明去除的有机物主要有多烯烃、单烯烃、硅醇烃类。%The processes such as microelectrolysis, Fenton, microelectrolysis-Fenton and Fenton-microelectrolysis were used to treat wastewater of sodium hydrosulfite produced from sodium pyrosulfite method in this paper.The results show that the process of Fenton or Fenton combined microelectrolysis has better treatment effect, especially the process of microelectrolysis-Fenton.The removal rate of TOC is up to 43.8%under the optimal conditions, which are as follows:initial pH of microelectrolysis is 3.5, reaction time is 2 h;initial pH of Fenton is 4, dosage of 30 %H2 O2 is 40 mL/L, H2 O2/Fe2+molar ratio is 3, reaction time is 1 h.Then ratio of B/C reaches from 0.13 to 0.21.GC MS spectra shows organics such as olefins, polyene and silanol are removed mainly.
