冷轧反渗透浓水中含有大量难降解有机物,属于高含盐量、高 COD的特种废水,如将其直接排放会造成严重的环境污染。该文在臭氧氧化和臭氧紫外催化氧化两种条件下对冷轧反渗透浓水中的 COD进行降解试验。结果表明臭氧紫外催化氧化在降解浓水的COD的试验中存在明显的协同促进作用。当臭氧量为20.43 mg/ L·min,通入60 min时,臭氧单独作用下浓水 COD去除率为35%;有臭氧紫外协同条件下,COD去除率为50%。%RO concentrated water after cold-rolling wastewater treatment is high salinity and high COD industry wastewater.Degradation experiments of COD in RO concentrated water after cold-rolling wastewater treatment under the condition of ozone alone andO3 / UV were studied. The results show that O3 / UV exist obvious synergistic effect,and the degradation rate of COD increases with theincrease of ozone concentration,UV intensity and reaction time. The removal rate of COD is 35% under the condition and that is99. 5% under the condition of O3 / UV,when ozone dosage is 20. 43 mg/ L·min and retention time is 60 min.
