电化学预处理强化污泥厌氧消化技术的中试

     

摘要

该文以实验室小试确定的电化学处理电压299 V、电解电流25 A、电极板间距4 cm和处理时间30 min为污泥厌氧消化电化学预处理技术最佳工艺参数条件,在上海市青浦区建立污泥厌氧消化强化技术示范工程。通过电化学预处理技术,污泥厌氧消化累积产气量提高了149.6%,累积产甲烷量提高了近1倍,可使污泥提前4 d达到稳定化水平。在示范工程运行过程中,总运行费用仅为0.45元/ t污泥(按95%含水率计)。%Pilot study of sludge anaerobic digestion enhanced by electrochemical pretreatment was investigated in this study. The optimal parameters for electrochemical pretreatment which were confirmed by the laboratory test were as follows:voltage was 299 V, electrolysis was 25 A,electrode distance was 4 cm and the processing time was 30 min. Demonstration project of sludge anaerobic digestion enhanced by electrochemical pretreatment was established in Qingpu district of Shanghai city based on the above technological conditions. Results show that cumulative production of biogas increase by 149. 6%,cumulative production of methane increase nearly by 1 time,and the sludge pretreated by electrochemical pretreatment can achieve the stabilization criteria 4 days in advance. During the operation process of demonstration project,the total running cost is only 0. 45 yuan/ t of sludge (according to 95% water content).
