Garmerwolde污水处理厂提标改造--新增好氧颗粒污泥系统、旁侧流 SHARON

             

摘要

Garmerwolde污水处理厂原主体工艺采用 AB法。为应对不断增加的污水量和更加严格的排放标准,该厂进行了提标改造。2005年主要通过增加旁侧 SHARON(2400 kgN/ d)以解决污泥消化液处理问题,氨氮去除率95%以上,达到硝化阶段节约能耗25%、反硝化阶段节约外加碳源40%,减少50%的污泥产量。2013年新增独立运行的 SBR好氧颗粒污泥系统(Nereda ®),增加产能2.86万 m3/ d,好氧污泥颗粒化后60%颗粒>1 mm、生物量可稳定达到8 g/ L以上、SVI5值稳定在45 mL/ g左右,出水 TN≤7 mg/ L,TP≤1 mg/ L,比传统活性污泥系统能耗降低58%~63%、占地减少33%、运行费用节省50%。%Garmerwolde WWTP used the two-stage activated sludge process(so-called AB-process)as mainstream wastewater treatment process. Due to ever-increased flow and discharge regulations,the plant implemented the side-stream SHARON system to handle increased nitrogen load over 30% from rejected water in 2005. Since then the NH4 + -N removal efficiency can reach more than 95% . SHARON saves 25% energy consumption,40% external carbon cost for denitrification and 50% sludge reduction. In 2013 an SBR Aerobic granular sludge system (so-called Nereda process)is brought into operation with a capacity of 28 600 m3 / d,which is an independent system parallel to the previous AB process and the previously implemented SHARON system. It operates at a biomass of 8 g / L steadily and SVI5 of 45 mL / g. The granular sludge size is more than 60% larger than 1 mm. The effluent consistently meet the discharge requirement of TN at 7 mg / L and TP at 1 mg / L. Compared to traditional activated sludge,the aerobic granular sludge system consumed 58% 63% less energy,33% less land and 50% savings on operating cost.
