城镇排水标准与区域除涝标准衔接的研究进展

摘要

目前，国内各城市的排水系统和河道排涝系统分属于不同的管理机构，遵循不同的标准规范。该文研究了城镇排水标准和排涝标准在设计暴雨选样方法、设计流量方法、设计暴雨历时、设计重现期等方面的差异，并围绕设计流量相当、水位衔接和模型评估等三种方法，梳理分析了排水标准和排涝标准衔接的研究进展，为城镇排水防涝研究和规划的有效开展提供重要基础。%Urban drainage system and regional waterlogging control system are subjected to different administration department and follow different design standards in most of domestic cities at present. The difference between standards for drainage system and regional waterlogging control system are studied in this paper,including rainfall sampling method,design flow method,duration and recurrence interval of rainfall. Regarding standard syntaxis between drainage system and regional waterlogging control system,the research progress on design flow comparison,water level convergence and model simulation are summarized,which provides a reference for urban drainage research and planning.
