小湾水电站水垫塘抗冲耐磨混凝土施工技术

         

摘要

The construction of abrasion-resistant concrete for flow surface of water cushion pond of Xiaowan hydropower station project is characterized by large work quantity, high-grade design, low water-binder ratio, large amount of addition materials, and construction under adverse natural conditions such as large--span high temperature and rainy season, etc. The abrasion-resistant concrete has strong viscosity suspending ability, tendency of going dry and white, and occurrence of desiccation crack. Besides, the concrete vibration is difficult, and the smoothness of trowel finish is hard controlled. There-fore, the construction is quite difficult. The paper is based on the case of construction of abrasion-resistant concrete for flow surface of water cushion pond of Xiaowan Hydrepower Station, and expounds the construction technology of abrasion-resistant concrete for flow surface under high temperature and rainy season.%小湾水电站水垫塘工程过流面抗冲耐磨混凝土施工具有工程量大,设计标号高,水胶比小,外掺材料多,跨高温、雨季等恶劣的自然条件施工等特点.抗冲耐磨混凝土牯稠性强,极易产生干缩裂缝,混凝土振捣困难,抹面平整度难以控制,施工难度大.小湾水电站水垫塘过流面抗冲耐磨混凝土施工,为高温、雨季条件下抗冲耐磨混凝土施工积累了经验.
