阿海水电站通过建立健全的质量管理体系、加强各个环节质量控制、推行全面质量管理理念、引入第三方检测制度等几项措施,有效地提高了机电设备与金属结构安装质量;在工期紧、设备缺陷多、质量目标高等情况下,严格控制质量,基本达到预定的质量目标.%By establishing a sound quality management system, strengthening quality control in all aspects, implementing the concept of comprehensive quality management and introducing a system of third梡arty's testing service, the installation qualities of mechanical and electrical equipments and metal structures are effectively improved in the construction of Ahai Hydropower Station. The installations of mechanical and electrical equipments and metal structures basically achieve the quality control objectives in the conditions of tight schedule, more equipment defects and high quality control standard.
