白莲河抽水蓄能电站地下厂房岩锚梁混凝土施工

             

摘要

The main underground powerhouse of Bailianhe Pumped-storage Power Station installs two continuous rock anchor heams along the upstream and downstream sidewall respectively. Because a large faull is found during the excavation of the first layer of underground powerhouse, the rock anchor beams are redesigned with wall boards and columns attached to the beams from lower part as supporting. The interference between the concrete pouring of beams and the treatment of fault makes the construction of beams more difficult. With careful organization and reasonable arrangement for the construction, the overlapping construction between faull treatment and rock anchor beam concreting is made to guarantee the requirements on quality and time target. The practical operation of rock anchor beams shows that the construction of rock anchor beams meets the standards of high quality and efficiency.%白莲河抽水蓄能电站地下主厂房在上下游边墙各布置一根连续岩锚梁.因在第一层洞挖中发现了大断层,岩锚梁进行了重新设计,下部增设附壁板、附壁柱.受断层处理干扰,岩锚梁施工更加困难.通过精心组织,合理安排施工工序,在断层处理的同时,进行岩锚梁混凝土交叉施工,保证了施工质量和下期.实际运行表明,白莲河地下厂房岩锚梁混凝土施工达到了优质、高效的标准.
