The bedded slope in the southwest bank of Upper Reservoir of Liyang Pumped-storage Power Station is very high and steep, and its excavation from the bottom can easily lead to bedding landslide. Some methods are taken in the construction process, such as stratified and zoning excavation, excavating and supporting simultaneously, adding anchor bars in the middle of each slope between two bermes, pre-split blasting and reserving protective layer in berme's excavation. The application of these methods has achieved good results and ensures the safety and stability of slope excavation.%溧阳抽水蓄能电站上水库西南库岸顺层边坡高陡,开挖切脚后很容易产生顺层滑坡.施工过程中采取了分层、分区开挖,边开挖边支护施工,每层马道边坡中间增加锚筋束等随机支护手段,采用预裂爆破,马道采用保护层开挖等措施,取得了较好的效果,保证了开挖边坡的安全和稳定.
