基于响应面法的水轮机组转轮泵优化设计

         

摘要

以效率、轴功率和扬程为目标函数,建立了基于试验设计和响应面近似的水轮机组转轮泵叶轮优化模型,采用Plackett-Bunnan进行试验设计,并根据结构参数对目标函数的影响程度不同将其划分为3个因素等级;用正交试验法确定显著因素的设计中心点;最后由Box-Behnken设计和响应面分析确定各结构参数的设计最优点.以CFD计算为基础,共进行17次试验,构造了转轮泵叶轮的结构参数与目标函数的响应曲面,分析了结构参数间的交互效应,对最优设计点进行了CFD计算,CFD计算值与响应面拟合预测值吻合,且较优化前的模型在性能上有明显改善.%Taking efficiency,shaft power and head of delivery as objective functions,a optimal design model of the impeller for rotary pump of turbine is established by using experimental design and response surface method.The experimental design is carried out by using Plackett-Bunnan,and the structure parameters are divided into different three degree grade according to the influence of objective function.Meanwhile,the design center is determined by using significant factors and orthogonal test method.Finally,the Box-Behnken design and response surface analysis are used to determine the structure parameters of optimum point.Based on CFD calculation,17 experiments are carried out,and then the response surface between structural parameters and objective function of pump impeller is constructed and the interaction between structural parameters is analyzed.The results of optimal design point are calculation by CFD.The results show that the CFD calculation fits the prediction values of response surface,and the hydraulic performance of optimized model is improved by compared with original design.
