关于大型水利工程投融资模式的思考

摘要

Construction of large water conservancy projects is rapidly developed with rapid development of society and economy in China .Investment and financing model of the project are also constantly innovated and improved in order to meet the requirements of development .Major water conservancy project investment and financing development modes in China are introduced in the paper .Problems in investment and financing modes are summarized .Corresponding reform modes and systems are proposed , thereby driving development of larger water conservancy projects .%随着我国社会经济的快速发展，大型水利工程的建设进入一个飞速发展时期，为适应发展要求，项目的投融资模式也在不断地创新与改良。本文介绍了我国大型水利工程投融资模式发展历程，总结了投融资模式所存在的问题，并提出了相应的改革方法与体制，以期推动大型水利工程的发展。
