汉江集团人才培养策略研究

             

摘要

Taking the group human resources’introduction, training, incentivemechanism and the brain drain phenomenon in the past ten years as the research scope, aiming at the existing fact that talents introduction to Hanjiang group is hard;the personnel structure is irrational; the brain drain trend is obvious; enterprise training efforts are not enough; the incentive mechanism is of fatigue and other issues, give the specific strategy and suggestions on cultivating talents. Only emphasize from thought, plan from the strategy, implement the scientific view of talents’s cultivating from measures, rally the talents around the enterprise tightly, so that they can focus on their work, decent life, to inspire individual maximum value to promote the continuous progress and development of the enterprise.%以近十年来汉江集团人力资源引进、培训、激励机制及人才流失现象为考察范围,针对汉江集团目前存在的优秀人才引进难、人才结构不合理、人才流失趋势明显、企业培训力度不够、激励机制乏力等问题,给出了人才培养的具体策略建议。只有从思想上重视、从战略上谋划、从举措上落实科学的人才培养观,把人才紧紧地团结在企业周围,让他们能安心工作,体面生活,才能激发个人发挥最大价值推动企业的不断进步与发展。
