细微处彰显力量--浅谈高校学生事务的精细化管理

摘要

文章从精细化管理的内涵入手，对学生工作中经常出现的问题进行了分析总结。我国高校应努力探索精细化管理的实现途径，文章提出了内化精细化管理的理念、创新管理模式和加强管理者的作用等建议。%With the beginning connotation of the sophisticated management methods for students,the problems in students’ management are analyzed and summarized.More effective ways of fine management should be explored in universities in our country.The concept of internalization of fine management is put forward in this article and it is proposed that the management mode should be innovated and the role of the management should be strengthened.
