澳大利亚职业教育管理体制和运行机制的特点及启示

摘要

After many years of reform, vocational education in Australia has formed the management system characterized by governmental harmonization and industry-oriented, and the marketization running-system characterized by customer-oriented and demand-driven, which assured the effective running of vocational education system. Its enlightenments to China are: let the industry fully participated in the decision-making of vocational education, and try to realize balance between national regulation and market competition in the management of vocational education.%经过多年的改革发展，澳大利亚职业教育形成了以政府协作和行业主导为特征的管理体制，以及以顾客导向和需求驱动为特征的市场化运行机制，确保了澳大利亚的职业教育体系一直能够高效运行。其对我国的启示是：要使行业充分参与职业教育的决策，对职业教育的管理要努力在国家调控与市场竞争间达到平衡。
