职业技术教育的“校企合作”必须通过职场学习加工(WPL)持续开发职业胜任能力,才能积极应对竞争性环境的挑战。本研究通过实证分析表明,综合运用认知、社会以及情绪等职场学习加工理论,可以不断提升职业胜任能力开发的自我生成能力,实现职业技术教育“校企合作”的预期目标。%VET must develop vocational competence continually through school-enterprise cooperation workplace learning to respond the challenges of a competitive environment positively. This study proposed to use integrated cognitive, social and emotional processing theory of workplace learning through empirical analysis to improve development of self-generating ability of vocational competence and achieve the expected goal of VET.
