政府战略管理与高等职业教育的'对接'

在政府战略管理理论与高等职业教育实践之间存在着一种"必要的张力",而且,政府战略管理与高等职业教育之间也存在着"理论上的契合".因此,实现两者的"对接"很有必要.在对接中,政府的使命与价值就是提供合格的"准公共产品",定位好自己的"有限责任",并对高等职业教育发展的机遇与挑战进行战略分析.%There exists not only a kind of necessary tension between government strategic management and higher vocational education, but joint in theory, therefore, it is very needful to make them integrated. The mission and value of government is to offer qualified quasi public product, to position own limited responsibilities and to make strategic analysis on opportunities and chanllenges of higher vocational education development during that integration.
