校企合作培养高职青年教师:成效、问题和对策——基于上海高职院校的调查

     

摘要

The school-enterprise cooperation mode in cultivating young teachers has been popularized in higher vocational colleges in Shanghai for years. But it is found through the survey that in school-enterprise cooperation in cultivating young teachers, higher vocational colleges in Shanghai paid more attention just in "modality" but not "connotation"; young teachers also paid insufficient attention; and the enterprises provide limited support for the development of ability and quality of young teachers. To improve the effects of school-enterprise cooperation in cultivating young teachers, it is necessary to firstly help young teachers to understand the nature of higher vocational education correctly and set up correct professional orientation, adopt task-driving training method, and establish related mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation mode in cultivating young teachers.%多年来,上海市通过校企合作培养青年教师的模式已经在高职院校推广运用.但研究发现,上海高职院校在"形式"上较为关注校企合作培养青年教师,在"内涵"上推进的力度相对不大,青年教师自身对校企合作培养的重视程度也不够,企业提供给青年教师能力和素养提升的平台相对有限.提高校企合作培养青年教师成效,首先应帮助青年教师正确认识高职教育的本质,树立正确的职业定位,在培训中采取任务驱动的方式,同时建立校企合作培养青年教师的相关机制.
