对天津市产业发展和企业发展对应用型技术技能人才的需求情况进行调研，从应用型技术技能人才数量需求、学历结构需求、岗位需求等方面进行分析，认为天津产业发展急需大批本科层次的一线应用型技术技能人才，现有的普通本科和高职院校不能满足需求，需要发展建设一批应用型技术大学。%Investigation on demand for applied technical talents in Tianjin based on Industrial development and enterprise development, and analysis the results from the aspects of the number of applied technical skills talent demand, education demand structure and job demand, the results show that the industrial development in Tianjin is in urgent need of a large number of undergraduate level first-line technical skills talents, and existing undergraduate and higher vocational colleges can not meet the demand. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a group of applied technology universities.
