我国高职教育评估层次的缺陷与完善

         

摘要

根据评估实践所涉及的对象范围,高职教育评估可分为宏观、中观和微观三个层次。受到高职教育举办和管理体制的影响,当前我国的高职教育评估层次尚存缺陷。为此,一方面应积极借鉴国外职业教育评估的经验,通过明确评估的主客体、评估的内容与指标、评估的实施路径等来构建宏观层次的高职教育评估,以引导高职院校更紧密服务于经济社会发展、督促院校举办主体加大办学投入、缓解毕业生就业的结构性矛盾;另一方面应通过坚持科学的高职教育质量观、推进“管办评”分离、优化评估方案与指标等来改进完善已有的中观和微观层次的高职教育评估。%According to the subjects and scope of the evaluation work, the higher vocational education evaluation should involve “Macro- Medium-Micro” three levels. Because of the running and management mechanism of higher vocational education, the higher vocational education evaluation system in China is imperfect. Under this condition, on the one hand, we should learn from foreign experience to establish the “Macro Evaluation” through determining the subject and object, contents and indicators, implementation path of evaluation, so as to guide the higher vocational education institutions to better serve the economic and social development, urge the holders of the higher vocational education institutions to increase educational investment, relief graduate employment structural contradictions. On the other hand, we should improve and consummate the current “Medium Evaluation” and “Micro Evaluation” through sticking to the scientific higher vocational education quality concept, promoting the separation of “governing, running and evaluation” powers, optimizing the evaluation program and indicators.
